All IZUTECH™ products carry a one year hassle-free warranty period from the date of the original purchase. Customers must have a receipt or an invoice from the original vendor showing the purchase date for verification.

The warranty is not covered under the following conditions: 

  • Damage due to misuse or physical abuse;

  • Tampering of the product in any way;

  • Purchases from auction sites such as AMAZON, EBAY, etc., or any website that is NOT affiliated with an authorized distributor.

If you receive an exchange within the one-year warranty period, the exchanged item is not eligible again for the warranty unless it falls in the time period of the original purchase.

Example: If you purchased a dryer on January 1, 2012, the warranty period for that dryer is good until January 1, 2013. If you exchange a product on June 1, 2012, you may still get further exchanges until January 1, 2013, under the umbrella of the first product warranty. However, the exchanged dryer warranty period would end on January 1, 2013.



After the standard one year warranty period ends, professionals are eligible to receive a new product replacement* within the extended nine year warranty period.

STEP2: Print out the receipt and/or obtain the sales order number

STEP 3: Prepare a package with following items:

  1. To be serviced product

  2. Extended warranty card filled out (In your original package)

  3. Original proof of purchase (Receipt/Invoice), if not sent yet.

  4. Copy of Cosmetology License (unexpired)

  5. Receipt of warranty processing fee

DISCLAIMER on all warranty programs

  • All warranty is valid within the United States only

  • International customers are responsible for all shipment costs

  • Special add-on promotional items are not part of the warranty

  • If the product has been discontinued, it will be replaced with similar grade of product

  • If the defect is due to negligence, the product will be returned or repaired with a fee

  • Extended warranty product sent to us without a valid cosmetology license will be returned to the owner

  • Cost of processing fee may change without notice

  • IZUTECH has the right to refuse service to those who abuses the extended warranty program



1.  All packages for returns and exchanges, including items received as gifts, must include:

  • Product to be replaced

  • Copy of a receipt from the original purchase

  • Filled out warranty card.

2.  If you do not have a warranty card, send in a separate sheet of paper with the following information:

  • Name

  • Shipping address

  • Contact phone number

  • Email address

      Please keep a record of the tracking number and delivery service used to send your item.

4.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for returns and exchanges to be processed. Emails will be sent when replacement items have been shipped.

 If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return for a full refund or an exchange in 15 days from the date on your receipt. We will only offer refunds to customers who purchased their products directly from - refunds for purchases made from distributors and local beauty supply stores/salons must be made through the original vendor.
